This is the second time we've gone through this myscrnnm, I count 6 violations of that one rule in your post. You only need 5 for a permanent ban. myscrnnm has corrupted us all. In our efforts to make him take a look at the other side of things, we had to use the only way of passing along information that he would listen to... his own. The max price nintendo said it would sell it for is $149.99(USD), and it would be no lower than $99.99(USD). They said this directly to IGN, and IGN reported it to the people.

when taking a bit further of a look, it's freaking sweet. Personally, I like the color scheme, It looks kinda like Halloween, only darker.

Well, what about Wireless controllers? Nintendo's Wavebird was the First Ever(for a console). Or rumble Packs? Since the N64 had em first(although not integrated into the controller) Also, sony got sued for the Dualshock for copying some small company that Patented it first. Also, Sony was brought into the console market by Nintendo. Sony's PS1 controller design was even "borrowed" from the Virtual Boy. We really can't get on company's cases about this, however, or Microsoft would have never made a GUI, and Xerox would have tossed the Mouse Idea long ago. Anyone for Command Line Interface?

So we have melting PS3s and Crashing 360s. It seems both Sony and Microsoft rushed into the market too fast. But, knowing Microsoft, when have they made something that doesn't crash... excluding the Educational version of Windows XP Pro... I have never heard of that crashing, and it hasn't crashed on me(even when my hardware is overloaded) The crashes can't be explained by the Hardware. Intel's processors may be inefficient, but they don't crash. The hardware is fine. It means it's somewhere in either the Drivers or the OS, or the Games themselves. Nothing a little firmware update couldn't fix. However, the original Xbox also crashed sometimes, mostly on modded Xboxes, but still. And the Slim PS2 is also prone to crashing on GTA: San Andreas. Can't anyone make a reliable console... besides Nintendo, since they do anyways My dad is hellbent on getting a 360 before Christmas though... so I might end up with one.

Okay, if the PSP is made so much better than the DS, then why is the DS able to take more punishment? And really, the PSP costs more than it seems. For instance, if you want to watch a movie on it, you have to buy it, and it can't be a movie you already own, Next, the games are about $50 as opposed to the DS's $20-$30. Then you have to buy Memory Sticks for your PSP. And drop it, and you don't have a prayer of it surviving. Overall, you spend a whole lot more for something thats a whole lot more breakable. If you're rich, that price doesn't mean anything, but to most consumers, $120 is alot, and then the other costs add even more. Also, you could get 2 DS's for only $10 more than a PSP. Actually, I wouldn't be suprised if sony was actually loosing money per PSP sold, and yet the DS ends up a better value. About the game selection, the DS has alot more games, although some of them do use the touch screen as a "gimmick" (whack-a-mole), alot use it to it's real potential. The reason why most console games don't go onto the DS is that the DS has 2 Processors to work around, and 2 screens. You have to almost remake the game to get it to work efficiently. However, with the PSP, they don't have to add extra features, just reduce the Texture quality, Poly count, effects, etc. Might have minimal trouble with the PSP having less buttons, but basically it's just making it compatible with a PS1 equivilent. It's cheaper. However, making a game from scratch is actually easier on the DS than the PSP, and it's more fun. Also be aware if it wasn't for the Gameboy, the PSP wouldn't ever exist, and although the PSP was originally developed to compete with the gameboy, it can't. There is no scratching the power of the Gameboy Market. They had to go after Nintendo's new line of Portable systems(made to combat the PSP, and it's doing a helluva job). In that battle, at first glance it looks as if the PSP is gonna win, but the DS is outselling the PSP on a vast scale. More people are happy with their DSes than PSPs, too. Also, didn't you say you only play GT? If that's the case, why do you even care about those other games?

Although Nintendo has said they'd put their own time and money into helping developer's convert their 3rd party games to the Rev, and after the 64, Nintendo isn't stupid enough to do something that would give the programmers hell

As you probably noticed, my name has been switched to GameClaw_268, Because "Gamemaster_268" sounded like something from D&D, which I have never played. So I got rid of the misleading part. So before anyone thinks someone hacked the system and made themself admin, thats just me changing my name. And if you're wondering where the "Claw" came from... well... On 007: Agent Under Fire's multiplayer, there is an item called the "Q-Claw." I used to use this to quickly zip around courses and shoot people with shotguns. I totally kicked butt doing it. Hence the name(used only in the game and on some MMORPG's and crap) "Teh Claw"(note: when I came up with it, I thought mispelling "the" was awesome, but I was kinda new to the whole 1337 thing then). Since Gamemaster is a D&D thing, and "Teh Claw" sounds rather n00bish, I mixed them. Hence, GameClaw_268. All in favor of me changing my avatar to a crab, vote "Aye!"
