Hello, My website doesn't use my certificate even if it was installed on cpanel. That is while accessing the https version of my site, I get the following errors: The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for the following names: heliohost.org, mail.heliohost.org, www.heliohost.orgI generated the Let's Encrypt Certificate via https://www.zerossl.com, installed it and got the below message: I have searched on the forum but can't find any related thread, please help

While adding alias, www.truedigital.me to my heliohost hosting account, im getting this error message: There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(www.truedigital.me) failed: (XID 7k4evj) The domain “truedigital.me” already exists in the Apache configuration. I removed the alias to then, re-enter it again as only the www version of my site was pointing to the heliohost server but not http://truedigital.me address. Before removing the alias, I tried to re set my nameserver to point to ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org but in vain. It would still not forward http://truedigital.me to http://www.truedigital.me username: truedigi email: yudishappadooofficial@gmail.com Thanks for helping
