  1. Thanks bro for up date. I thought the increase donations increase the storage of the Ac.
  2. Peers what are the inodes limit for various donations USD 1, 5, 10. etc. Now the cpanel is out how to check my current inodes usage. I notice besides number of server down times per day and failure to access 500 error that necessitate reloading, is this a inodes issue or something else. Please enlighten.
  3. Friend a few up screen shot shows, logging in to setup/index.php. I should now login to it's root but with index.php then it will show field to enter username & password. YES working finally .. I am learning .. thanks 🙏 to my ever supportive peers like YOU
  4. Wolstech Esq I place a new config.inc.php using your codes in the root directory of the phpmyadmin folder (next to "config.sample.inc.php") and I get a message as shown .. "configuration already exists". Where is the fault? Keep on thanking you.
  5. I am ALMOST THERE i think. Thus if the index.php is in the public_html/phpMyAdm/setup, browsing peace2u.heliohost.org/phpMyAdm/setup/index.php will open the phpMyAdmin but still not there yet, still need my patient friends to get me across; the familiar cpanel phpMyAdmin interface is not showing. I set the server to localhost but as the server holds all other database and users, here my question Do i use the username and password in my configuration.php (not root & no password) What else is missing to show up my database and tables. Please help.
  6. Bro I think you have place a ladder. 🙏📢Thank you

  9. Wolstech Bro I have a phpmyadmin running in the local host, but i have no clue how to get to Tommy .. i think i am missing a few steps here. Please enlighten.
  10. Hi guys I only know how to use FTP to view the website files. Thus i don't see the mysql\data files. So is there any where to view/edit the tables/records in my mysql when we don't have cpanel's phpadmin.
  11. Thank you for the lesson .. appreciate. I presume the mail folders accessible via FTP.
  12. Guys I notice that I can no longer log in to the email eg using https://tommy.heliohost.org:2096/ Can someone tell me some background like: is this a fact & what's to happen next. Is there another to get in?
  13. it is now https, Thanks KryDos For sharing I am using "ssl for free"; as the email in our broken cpanel is not working, i resort to HTTP FILE UPLOAD to verify the website. Therein we download the Auth File to be placed in the public_html/.wellknown/pki-validation. See the image to see 3 steps to get to download the zip file. I did not check the content in the first zip thus Krydos said that the private.key file is missing. I think the reason sslfree did not have this key because i did some password change. Hence i discard the old certificate and create a new, the 2nd zip contains all 3 files.
  14. Krydos bro new set SSL files in /0fr 08-10-21 03:27 AM 2,431 ca_bundle.crt 08-10-21 03:27 AM 2,305 certificate.crt 08-10-21 03:27 AM 1,702 private.key Thank you always.
  15. Guys a help from Krydos I have uploaded ssl certificate peace2u.heliohost.org.zip in the folder 0fr in root ie not public_html. Please do the needful. Thank you.
  16. Oh no. By the way what is involved in the beta testing .. very curious. Does it mean my access so far is on the old file system.
  17. Thanks Jenova .. still some steps to go but some donors are moving in Tommy I imagine for 2 -3 days already.
  18. Wolstech bro You ask if I have “ask to have SSL removed or updated by chance”. No, I did neither. I knew about the Cpanel issue from the start, I then do the following things to track the transition. Browse the website and its Joomla backend: I see https working until recently when the autossl certificate probably from Cpanel expired. Access Cpanel: Of course I can’t do it, it look like even the email does not work. FTP access to the website IP address: I can access the folders and files and did not see any changes to eg htaccess & configuration.php. Read the news and related threads in Helionet. Check the status of Heliohost servers https://status.heliohost.dino.services: I notice Tommy uptime now is only 1 day 23 hours. My understanding of the process are the following Krydos will be working night & day to transfer the sites to a different hard disk for plesk to work. This will be done in stages, I presume, as all servers suffer the same cpanel fate. Thank you Krydos. An email will be sent to me when plesk is fully working advising us how to access plesk. Plesk will renew the SSL certificate using its own AutoSSL. Hence my current thread is prompted by this background. Hope bro you can correct my understanding & tell me where am I now. Thank you very much and Kind Regards as always.
  19. I knew about this '..so long'…I also know that our website in Tommy is moving over to plesk, when done an email will be send to us. My current thread is my eagerness to find out the latest status after noticing new response in my website, hope you can tell me the latest on Tommy.
  20. Guys I see my website is now up & running but i think the autossl is pending thus it is labelled as http:. Is my observation correct? Is so a big thank you guys for the months of hard work. What has happened to the old cpanel. It looks looks like https://www.heliohost.org/login/ (or url:8443) is not ready yet or what's the right path to take? Am i getting it right in this new enviroment? PS I just try to get to email using https://tommy.heliohost.org:2096/ but not it says cannot be reached. All these to try to learn during the period of change .. a good time to learn for novice like me. Sorry to add more fuel while you guys are still busy putting up the fire protections.
