VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.

    Unblocked. It was blocked for failed SSH login so check your SFTP client and make sure you use the correct logins.

    There shouldn't be any problem that I know of. Did you receive any error from PayPal?
