  1. Hi wolstech, And thank you for the prompt response. Suppose I wanted to use phpMyAdmin through HelioHost. How would I go about enabling remote access? Upon reading up on the subject I came across this: https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/91893-allowing-remote-access-to-phpmyadmin, but it feels like this method is for those using phpMyAdmin from their personal machines... Thank you, Ardent
  2. Hi, I recently created my first database and database user and was able to add the user to the database in cPanel. However, I am confused as to how a user with the login credentials I created would be able to access and modify data in the database in phpMyAdmin without having to first login through Heliohost cPanel? This is for security reasons as I do not want one user (who has access to only one database) to be able to tamper with other users/databases. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Ardent
  3. Hello, No, I am no longer getting the error. I think there was a bit of a delay for some reason. I was initially transferring the domain from another provider, but the two others I transferred worked fine the first time. I only got the error with this one. Thank you for looking into it, though.
  4. Hi, I got the following error when trying to create a new addon domain (dulleshsa.tk) in cPanel: A DNS entry for “dulleshsa.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The cPanel forum says to execute the script /scripts/killdns domain.com to fix the issue but I'm assuming that's something only a root admin can do. Please help. Thanks, ardent
