  1. Escalating your request to our root admin Krydos...
  2. The account reps has been unsuspended and the other two remain suspended.
  3. Accounts take sometime to get created, so of you try to login as soon as you hit signup, you'll end up seeing the "Invalid User" message.
  4. Escalating your request to our root admin Krydos...
  5. Well, your account is active now, but I see a lot of users complaining about the inactivity and renew system today. One such thread is already escalated, let's see what the root admins have to say on this.
  6. You're supposed to login once every month to keep your account active. If you're saying that there's a discrepancy with the login data, I'm gonna escalate this thread for a root admin to investigate.
  7. That account is not suspended. Try resetting your password if you aren't being able to login.
  8. Isn't artisan the CLI tool for laravel?
  9. Your account was suspended because you're having multiple accounts. As per our ToS, you are only supposed to have one account. Among repson, reps and arepson which one would you like to have unsuspended?

  12. Yeah it was suspended again for high load. And you're using WordPress which is infamous for causing load spikes and getting users suspended here. Unsuspended.
  13. Unfortunately you'll again have to wait till midnight UTC lest you get suspended again by the mail counter.
  14. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I've unsuspended your account but please try to limit the load you put on the server. If you need additional help figuring out what exactly caused the high load and got you suspended, let us know, we might be able to help.
  15. That requires shell access which isn't available on shared hosting. You'll need to get a VPS for that. https://heliohost.org/vps Which version of Python are you using? And escalating your request...

  17. @wolstech I see. Though the trick I specified worked for me a couple of times, and hence I thought it might be a working strategy. But yeah what you said is better, asking people to create a subdomain and open a thread to have the eu.org parked on top it, in case they don't want it as their main domain.
  18. After you change it to your primary domain, you can change it back to your previous primary domain and add it as an add-on. Actually since you already add it as your main domain, it tricks the server to pass the nameserver validation which is otherwise failing with .eu.org subdomains. To outline the steps, if you're present main domain is "example.com" and you want to add "example.eu.org" as an add-on: 1. Change your main domain to example.eu.org and wait for it to start working. 2. Change your main domain back to example.com 3. You should now be able to add example.eu.org as an add-on domain
  19. Let's see what wolstech has to say on this. Escalating...
  20. Yeah, and most probably it was caused by WordPress which is infamous for high load issues.
  21. Well, your account kursatug on Johnny is active and kursatu is archived. Both are on Johnny btw, not Tommy.
