Hi, I have an account on Ricky. When I hit my website, I get redirected to the "Account Inactive" page. However, I am not inactive as I log in regularly. Anyways, when I try to renew the account, it states that my account is already active. But, my website is still not functioning (keeps redirecting everything to the "Account Inactive" page.
