  3. Hey, Update on this issue. The problem is still not solved. l have checked all the MX records have propagated globally properly. Still i can't receive mails on my domain emails. I am attaching some screen shots, which i think could help to solve the issue. 1. Which is about 9:35 PM according to HelioHost servers. I don't know what could went wrong during transfer of account. PS: I have tried creating new different email account but the problem is same. I have tried deleting and recreating same email account but the problem is same.
  4. No, I am not using cloudfare. I am using all default. My name servers are pointing to heliohost name servers. Could you please check my DNS records if all records are correct or not.
  5. Hey, I think i got where the problem was. I was looking at DNS records and my MX records were still pointing to johnny.heliohost.org. I changed it to tommy.heliohost.org now. DNS propogation will take some time. I hope it will work now
  6. I had already tried deleting and recreating the same accounts, but it didn't helped. I even created a new account and it also have same problem.
  7. I can send it from contact@devansab.com to my gmail and it shows perfectly fine in my inbox. Ther is no problem if i send it from contact@devansab.com. But the problem is that when i send email from my gmail account to contact@devansab.com it shows that error. Its like I can send email to anyone using contact@devansab.com, but no one can send on contact@devansab.com. I have tried by creating new email account, it also have same problem.
  8. Hey, Today I got my account transferred to tommy by donation to heliohost. Now i am facing this issue with all my email accounts. Whenever i send email i receive an error that I can successfully send emails from my mail accounts, but i am having trouble in receiving email. I was using Gmail for checking.

  14. Hi, I have a website https://devansab.com and a sub-domain https://blog.devansab.com. For some days like 7 days I am getting too many internal server errors. I am using Johnny server. The server status is also good but i am getting this error like for 70% of the time when i am visiting. Even i am logged in or not into cpanel and wordpress, i am getting this error. Mostly the error is on my main-website. The exact error is: Please hep me to solve this issue.
  15. I had round cube set to default, but i am able to open horde by copy pasting horde url after security token. I am successfully able to open horde. It's just issue with roundcube. If it cant be solved then please tell me, how to change default to horde i will use horde then EDIT: After some alteration with the url i am successfully able to open "mailclient=none" webpage. Now i am getting option to chose mailclient and its working fine with Horde :)
  16. Is this because johnny is slow? My website and other email accounts are working fine. Its just this email id which is showing Databaase error.
  17. I have created a new email id on my account. First time it worked fie and opened in browser without any error. I have also setup the id on my android device using blue mail app. But for the last two days i am getting a error on opening the mail id using https://johnny.heliohost.org:2096/ it logs in to mail client and the shows the following error on this link https://johnny.heliohost.org:2096/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/3rdparty/roundcube/index.php I can successfully send and receive mails using my device but not on web mail. I have deleted and recreated the account but the problem remains same. Ps: My other two mail id's are working fine. Please help.

  19. Hi @Root Admin, I still can't login from heliohost.org/login. It is giving invalid request error. From http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ i can see that load on johnny is also not high. Is it possible that i am blocked from heliohost.org/login as i have tried several times. From https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/14697-solved-invalid-login-at-heliohost/ I can see that it is possible that i am blocked.
