If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator

  7. Unlike on Windows, the server load on Linux isn't a percentage. It's actual an indication of much resources are being asked, compared against on how much the server actual can handle. For a better explanation, you can read this: http://blog.scoutapp.com/articles/2009/07/31/understanding-load-averages
  8. If you decide to give it another try, perhaps it's best to experiment first with a virtual machine. Virtualbox (https://www.virtualbox.org/) is pretty easy to use, and it's lets you start over/restore a savepoint if you messed something.

  13. You are right, the IP was blocked. It has been is unblocked.
  14. Your account was suspended for the following reason: That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  15. You can change your main domain by using the following script: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain Just enter your account details, alongside a free heliost subdomain (for example worldtosky.heliohost.org). This will free your domain. Related to your second question: yes, deleting your account will also free your domain.
  16. As wolstech mentioned, your domain is already using the correct certificate. If clearing the browser cache doesn't work, try to clear the SSL state of your computer: * Open the "internet options" (Control panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options). * Select the tab labeled "Content". * Click the button "Clear SSL state". This will remove all cached SSL certificates that were present on your computer. The new certificate will be loaded as soon as you revisit your domain.
  17. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit https://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  18. No account with the name likeraintofire exists on the system. However, likerain does exists. Does that username work for you?
  19. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  20. Topic were split. In order to set your site back up, you'll need to sign up for an account on Johnny first. Once you have registered, you can assign your domain to that new account. An admin will release it as soon as they can. Finally, you can restore a backup that you have made in the past, or request that a backup is made from Stevie.
