  1. A while back I've purchased a dedicated IP to be able to install an SSL-certificate. The current SSL certificate will expire at the end of the month, so I've renewed it. It is installed in cPanel without a problem, but for some reason it will not activate. The previous 2 renewals, using the same approach went without a problem, but cPanel won't activate the latest renew. Error message: Account information: Username: tjoene domain: lab22.heliohost.org server: Stevie Thanks on advance.
  2. To purchase a dedicated IP, make a payment of $12 trough paypal to admin@heliohost.org. Post the transaction ID, along with heliohost username, your domain and the server. An admin will then install the dedicated IP to your account.
  3. The main reason why I prefer InnoDB over MyISAM is foreign keys. While you can create relationship with MyISAM too, you'll need to do manually. I suspect that is also why other applications require InnoDB as a database. There are several other differences as well, see http://stackoverflow.com/a/1970169/1656617
  4. Your account was suspended for running too many cron jobs. To help keep load low, we limit accounts to two (2) cron executions in a 24 hour period. This means that, if you only have a single job, it can run no more frequently than once every 12 hours, with two jobs, they can each only run once a day, and so on. Your account has been unsuspended.

  9. The only way to switch, is to delete your account on Johnny first and then sign up for an account on Stevie. As for the status, while you can access your account, the website itself needs a bit more time to create. If you want to stick too Johnny, you can set up your site.
  10. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  11. Your account is suspended for spam. In most cases, this is because we received an abuse report regarding an email sent from your account.
  12. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

  14. The database may be hidden from the MySQL crash on Stevie Could you please post the following information so we can escalate it to the admin: * Username * Server * Name of the database
  15. Deleting your account from cPanel isn't possible. You need to use the script that you used in the screenshot. If your password doesn't work, try to change it in cPanel and try the script again. In case you can't log in to cPanel, let us know and we will manually reset your password and email it to you.
  16. Please note that there is a signup limit on Stevie. Only 20 new registrations per day are accepted. The best time to sign up is a bit after midnight PST time.
  17. I assume you are attempting to remote connect to MySQL on stevie. Have enabled remote connections in cPanel and added your IP address? (http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/managehost.html)
  18. We would love to help you out, however we do need some information on the problem. E.g. What wordpress version do you use? What error message do you see? What is your domain you use?
  19. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. 20. Congratulation wolstech. Thanks for all the effort you have done for HH!
  21. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  22. Have you tried to clear your cache and flush your DNS cache? I can see "Index of /"-page with several folders.
  23. IP address is yearly according to Krydos (who pretty much runs the place). I'd have to ask though, as our website tells a different story. As for Lets Encrypt, I don't know if we support it as I haven't personally read the detailed documentation for their service. If it uploads something over FTP, you're probably good. If it uses SSH, it's not supported. Also, I think browsers will still see security warnings in its current state (it hasn't gotten the cross-certificates it needed last I heard). You don't need SSH to run the client. Let's encrypt has provided an option to manually verify the domain's ownership. All you need is to upload a file under a specific folder that the Let's encrypt client provide to you. The only requirement is that you need a linux machine available to execute the client. There isn't one available for windows yet. However, you can use a VM for this, like I have done.
