If byron knew how to fix the problem he would have already. If I knew how to fix the problem I would have already. Hopefully the next admin that comes along will know what to do. It's tough to give an estimated time when all the administrators are volunteers that have real jobs and real lives and just maintain heliohost during their free time. I checked your processes within minutes of you posting this message and you still had zero processes running, so I suspect you don't have filezilla set up correctly. Log into cPanellocate "Files" headerclick "FTP Accounts"locate "Special FTP Accounts" headerlocate "teo01234" ftp account within this headerclick "Configure FTP Client" link on this accountverify manual settings ORuse filezilla auto configuration file settings I recommend using SFTP because it's more secure.
