I was contacted by Krydos on Discord. The HelioHost side had a problem receiving Facebook Pay, so I reapplied on the modified VPS page. It has been confirmed that it works properly even from outside the US. I wait for the VPS setup. ☕💻

HelioHost lost cPanel at this posting stage. HelioHost will now adopt Plesk instead. The information so far is for cPanel, so you should not apply it to HelioHost shared server. Free domain application in Plesk will be posted in the future after research.

AutoSSL update may have stopped due to cPanel outage. (AutoSSL renews the certificate in 2-3 months) If this is correct, you may not be able to browse websites that apply SSL. This needs investigation. If you were using a custom domain, it would be safe to temporarily move it to another server. HelioHost is proposing VPS. I just signed it. In the future, this will be changed to a certificate issuing method mainly for Plesk. I think Plesk supported Let's Encrypt issuance.
