Hi, I'm trying to connect to Plesk - Tommy server and also to my database using my home ISP but it looks like my IP may be blocked since my connection keeps on timing out. Can u help me to unblock my ip. My username is a52hepof. Thank u

Hi there, my username is a52hepof. two days ago i made a donation for a Tommy host. The problem is that I do not have access to the plesk and configuration. I have other host with tommy too and this one is working perfectly and i can access to plesk. What can i do to configure and access to the last Tommy Host?
