Hello! i have this problem: when I try to import an sql database in the PhpPgAdmin in postgres, it send me an error: "the plpgsql language does'n exist, please use the CREATE LANGUAGE"... that's ok, but when I Try "CREATE LANGUAGE PLPGSQL" in the database, it told me: "You have to be a superadmin to do this" (or something like that)... can you please create this language in my DB? the name of the DB is persefon_enni2 THANK YOU VERY MUCH (sorry obout my english, i'm from Venezuela).
