I think the redirect rules of your root domain is interfering with the redirect rule in the addon Domain, As far as i have seen the rules set in .htaccess of your main domain will take effect in the addon domain also because it is a sub-folder in the directory, you need to write another set of rules to it to make it work properly.

I think my account was disabled as i didn't logged into the cpanel for more than a month. I know the domain is not pointing to heliohost servers, I changed it to a VPS after my blog started demanding more resources.

@snagon i think the current version of linux is a completely modified version by Djbob which has the required features that prevents excess usage, and changing to that will need a lot of pain staking task, don't know whether he agrees with that or not.

I Think i took up too much load on server since i left out to close mysql connection

Var - (260 MB) ,tmp(48 MB) and root folder (85 MB) is running out space, the MySQL server is down can the admins have a check at these.

You can delete it your self from the delete script , and wait for 24 hours and if you find further problems post it here.

You can make a data back up your self as far as i know Helio Host does not used to keep backup of any files on the servers.

And if you are logged into cpanel then the website will show 500 error.

You mean while connecting with FTP or in MySQL. For MySQL there is a limit of 100 connections or less and in FTP the limit is not set by admins its an auto settings that comes with the server OS to prevent server overloading.

I just made a custom 500 error page for helionet , though i made that few months ago and made a post but the post was lost and even i deleted the files.

When i checked my local sharing server i found a copy of it so i posted it, wish an admin can see it.

Ok @mohitvermaksp i did't post to help you as i have no idea with JSP things, make sure you don't post your email address like that.

It can be used by spammers, you can use [at] instead of @. The Email is not required because the admins already have the email with which you registered.

You need to wait for 2-3 days according to my experience, i tried moving server about an year ago, so not sure about the timing. But i can assure you that you will be able to wait use the same user name and domain.

It needs time because when you delete an account the process is only queued not delete at the spot, it will be done only when the server load is minimum to prevent down times.

Sure you will get it UN-suspended shortly (an admin needs to see this), make sure that helio host only gives you one more chance, if you exceed that then there is no way to get you account back.
