  1. Its looks like a problem with the htaccess, as i am not an admin i cannot view your .htaccess as the public access to .htaccess is disabled so if you can post the code in .htaccess then i can check if there is a problem or not. if you see some thing like <deny>, then its a problem. And Welcome to Helionet Community
  2. Use this server monitor to check the server status http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ EDIT: That server monitor is down because Piotr GRD had a severe hardware failure.
  3. New accounts and domains are added only when the server load is minimum, to prevent down times. When you make an account or add a new domain its queued not added, the script calculates the lowes load in 24 hour period and then runs the jobs, that is why the time for activation is 24 hours.
  4. I don't know much in C# and ASP. Check whether the General Configurations Like Host name is 'localhost ' not any other name and the user name and password are correct and the user has permission to check the DB. wait for a while till some one with ASP or C# knowledge helps you. And Welcome to Helio Net Community.
  5. It depends on your Registrant, your ISP's TTL for DNS record etc, the normal time is 2min - 72 hours but it doesn't usually take that long.
  6. No it does not matter in which way you access the cpanel. Any way you access after you entered the user name and password you will be redirected to respective server url, i.e http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ or http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ depending on your server, you can also login from this address itself, yoursite.heliohost.org/cpanel and cpanel.yoursite.heliohost.org are just to make it easy for the users to remember, they all redirect to the respective server url. So either way you log in it does not matter.
  7. IT works fine Samurais, the queue page is cached in your browser so try to clear your cache. Welcome to Helio Net Community.
  8. You are welcome, are you from india.
  9. if you have a permanent IP then you can access the web site with domain name or the IP. For example check my web site smartwebs.in it is on a permanent IP 67.23.166.12 , you can access my site with both name even my another site on it techstream.org [Was on Helio servers before] sits one same server with same IP, it can also be accessed with 67.23.166.12/techstream/ That is what permanent IP is the web server does nothing other that pointing the traffic to the respective files. Shared IP means that many site point to that IP, the Server(or name server) with that IP gets the request and then resolves the traffic according to the domain name redirects the traffic to its necessary files in present in the server. So when you request the ip instead of domain the server displays the page its told to do, that is in helio host admins have set a queue page or its by default i don't know the settings of server, but the mechanism is true for all server. and aurabindo Welcome to Helio Net community.
  10. If you change the name server, you don't need to worry about rest of things but changing with A records is not advisable to every as it can have problems if not properly configured
  11. I don't think you are suspended, it looks your account does not exist or the sub domain does not exist, since i don't have any way to verify i cannot assure you its deleted. you can try creating a new account with same details if you succeed then you problem solved, or else wait till some admin sees this post. Welcome to Helio Net Community.
