I don't know what happened, but my account randomly got queued. I didn't touch anything, and I've never seen this in the 10 (or so) months I've been with you guys. Other than at the very start when my account was actually queued. I logged into my file manager and all my stuff is still there, so it's just a matter of changing the status I think.

Hey, I'm trying to add a DNS Zone record, and it won't let me due to permissions. Here's a screenshot of my advanced DNS zone editor: If I could get a fix, that would be great. I'm also experiencing frequent 500 errors, specifically (but not limited to) around 30 seconds after uploading files via ftp. If you could fix that up that would be great. Hi, I received an email on Feb 11th, stating my HelioHost account has been suspended as a result of inactivity. I have been somewhat inactive, but not enough to warrant suspension. Attempting to renew the account results in this message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." In addition, logging into cpanel is not allowed since my account is disabled, and accessing my main domain (kryogenic.org) works fine. I always forget to do that, lol. You should add it to the defaultwebpage.cgi file.

My account's been "Queued" for a few days now, and I'm wondering what's going on. Actual files I've uploaded work fine, and if you go to the homepage, all the links work correctly. It's just the domain root redirecting to your page. Ex. Go here: www.kryogenic.org/home and you can navigate the site fine. Go here: www.kryogenic.org and I get the Account Queued page. The rest of the stuff I've uploaded also works great. (albeit a lot of things are quite slow)
