Is there a point to this topic? Please spam less. If you mean for there to be actual discussion, say something instead of telling everyone to go look it up.

We've been running for more than 5 years now, so I think we'll be alright on finances. Also, this isn't a co-op. There are members of the community who volunteer, but that's a handful out of thousands.

Seems fine to me.
-
Probably not. If you rely on email so heavily, why not forward all your messages to Gmail and check Gmail instead?

Hi,
In CPanel, inside of my “ /public_html/” directory where I start to build my web site already had several folders like as “ private, _vti_bin, _vti_cnf, image, and so on). My question is:
Could be deleted those folders, or not, because they are necessary remain inside of /public_html/?
I would like to deleted them only for to becomes the main folder cleaner.
Regards
Go to cPanel, under FrontPage extensions, click uninstall. This should delete those folders.

Server: Johnny
Username: sparta
Website: http://spartabots.co.cc
I recently tried creating a subdomain (http://test.spartabots.co.cc), but was encountered the 'Heliohost Account Queued' page. I don't recall this happening before.
However, I did recently sign up with Cloudflare. Although I have no proof, I think that's probably why the account is queued because Cloudflare did something to my DNS records/did some deep magic, and while the normal website, ftp, cpanel, etc. appear to all work fine, creating new subdomains don't.
Could somebody check into what's happening?
Thanks!
Looks fine to me. Clear your cache.

This is already implemented on Stevie; but I will go ahead escalate this.
@djbob
The following command needs to be run under the "postgres" account:
createlang plpgsql template1
The problem is the /var/lib/pgsql/.pgpass file is missing, and I don't know the password for PostgreSQL on Johnny.
Have you tried "sudo su postgres"?

I think he means a pretty url, like facebook.com/heliohost. Unfortunately, someone already snagged that username.

@xaav: Nice! Was it the permissions?
The "mailnull" account could not access the SSL certificates, so I chmoded them to 666.
I modified it to 640 for security. Does it still work?
EDIT: Exim didn't seem to like that. Reverted.

Looks like it might be a permissions problem (akin to the ones we've been having lately): http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/li...ailable-857797/
Don't have time to investigate right this moment, feel like taking point, xaav?

If it's an issue on our end, I don't know why it's only happening to Gmail.
-
So like I said, there's unfortunately nothing we can do regarding Gmail. xaav's email is probably on a white list in Gmail somewhere, so his email gets through normally.
Are you experiencing any other issues with email?

When was the last time you logged into cPanel successfully and when did you start trying to login again?

Wrong forum, topic moved to customer service. AFAIK, registration is fine. What timezone do you live in and which times have you tried?

Is anyone still experiencing this issue?
-
The issue with Gmail is known and I don't believe there's anything we can do on our end. I think Gmail has our domain on probation--it was blocked outright previously due to spam coming from one of the HH accounts.
Is the original issue still persisting?
-
Is the issue resolved?
-
Resolved and closed.
-
Uh... this issue was fixed this afternoon, you didn't have to go and get a new account.
