Update : finally the registration was really successful. Thank you so much for all the help still not working .... same error . the registration was successful . but after a while an email saying Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is .... i tried 3 times ... no luck . all failed.

i have the exact same problem ... did you solve it ? can any of you enlighten us. Username: miho Server: Stevie (I can confirm it was) Domain: ling.heliohost.org ps: let me know if i need to open a new thread for the exact same problem.
