  1. Server: Stevie cPanel Username: xtreme Main Domain: intanetto.tk Problem Domain: m.bronies.tk Hi, I noticed that the subdomain/addon domain error was fixed on my account, but one thing is still kinda broken. I have the domain m.bronies.tk. I removed it just now, because it was pointing to home/public_html/m and not home/bronies.tk/m. The domain still points to home/public_html/m. I have tried readded the domain, deleting the DNS zone records, deleting the m folder in public_html, nothing is working. I'm assuming it's something wrong with Apaches VirtualHost configuration (?) but I'd like someone to clarify for me. Thanks, - xtreme
  2. I also have this problem. Username: xtreme Main domain: intanetto.tk Server: Stevie
  3. Ah, so it's a server wide problem? In that case, where's a server admin when you need one?
  4. Username: xtreme Mane Domain: intanetto.tk Addon domains: ponyarchive.tk, bronies.tk, rarity.tk Subdomains: trsfgsdfg.intanetto.tk (used as test for problem), m.bronies.tk FTP accounts are intact and I can access my files and edit them, but the domains themselves don't show up in cPanel. If there isn't a way to fix it, I'm guessing the only way to fix it then is to nuke my account. Thanks again, EDIT: Oh, and when I try to add the domain again, I get this error: "Error from domain wrapper: m.bronies.tk is owned by another user."
  5. It's currently set to 0750, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it probably should be 0755. EDIT: That did the trick! It's working now. Thanks again!
  6. Username: xtreme Domain: intanetto.tk When I try to access my site, I get a 403 error. I've tried the following: Deleting .htaccess in public_html / www folder Adding DirectoryIndex index.html index.php in .htaccess But neither are fixing the problem. Any idea on what could be wrong?
