I get the following message when I try to access the backup. I cannot find a backup for sunbird and tlsrentals@sbcglobal.net. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can help you find your backup.

I just found out today that Tommy is down when I went to edit my website. Need to make backup, BUT the email I have associated no longer workds. (thanks yahoo). How do I do a backup when email no longer works. User is: sunbird I want to change my email to: TLSRENTALS@SBCGLOBAL.NET thank you, Linda

My hyphenated yahoo emails are no longer working which is one of the emails I use for Helio/Tommy. How can I get my backup? Also, not an expert, but how do I tranfser my backup once I get the email cleared up? User is sunbird

I got an inactive message, so made changes. When I try to log in, I get an inactive screen, but if I log in I get the following message: Your account can't be renewed because it's already active. To update your last login date you just need to log in to your cPanel. Failure to log in at least once every 30 days results in your account being flagged as inactive.

I would prefer to use my Stevie log in and password. Also, it says my domain is not available when I tried creating an account.

I just downloaded my backup from Stevie. Still waiting on my invite to Tommy but in the meantime, once I get the invite what do I need to do to make it active and upload the new files. Not very technical. I assume I upload to tommy and then have to change something at godaddy? Thanks for any help.

I originally got an email early this morning that I didn't log in in the past 30 days, but I have logged in a few times, making changes to my website. Then when I tried to reactivate, I get a message about possible reasons for suspension. I am sure I have not broken any rules. I have my log in page bookmarked. I have my log in bookmarked with my password/user saved. I log in at least once a month if not more, but still alwasy get the site is suspended email. I click the link and reactivate, but is there something else I should be doing to stop from having to do this every month? thank you
