hey, i have the hosting account active for a while now (a few months) and i have noticed that for some people and somtimes me on diferent computers there is no access to the site. it is redirected to GoDaddy (my domain name provider) saying it is parked there. i noticed that it can be available to one computer and not to another one at the same time even if they are under the same WIFI/ LAN network. after some research on the web i can to the conclusion that the problem might be with my MX records / Cname records or something like that. is there any chance someone from the support team can take a look at it? my domain is elbaz.me Thanks, Shimon.

[Solved] Cant Login To Cpanel On A New Account

OK, so it seems that the DNS problem was solved, but i still cant reach my cpanel. not using elbaz.me/cpanel and not by try to login via heliohost.org. also tried using the following link taken from another thread: http://stevie.helioh.../x3/index.phpcp could it be that there is a problem with Stevie ? Thanks, Shimon. EDIT: The servers are fine. Port 2082 was blocked. Using http://cpanel.elbaz.me/ works on port 80. -

first of all thank you for the fast response. second, this will solve the problem with the default page, but not why i cant login to my cpanel. when i go to heliohost.org, i enter my credentials at the bottom of the page and get an error. any idea why does that happen? Thanks, Shimon. -
