Error from park wrapper: tra.web.id is already configured. Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf) I seem to receive the above error all the time when trying to add a new addon domain to my account. Any possible solutions? I am refreshing and changing my DNS now.

Thank you once again for your support. I have downloaded all of my files and scanned it twice, both giving no positives for any malware. Could you kindly advise me on what to do? In order to prevent further suspension, I am planning to backup my site and keep in down for sometime till this issue has been resolved.

But I tried adding the domain and I receive an error message saying that the account has been added, modify the http.conf file. I mean the domain cannot be added

I am planning if possible to move to another heliohost account as the "rasuna' account is strangely not working.

I kindly request the administrator to help me delete the account 'rasuna' as as it cannot be done through the script. And also please clear the http.conf for the domain http://tra.web.id as I wish to use it at another webhost. Thank you.
