I cannot set the NS records. I can only set A,CNAME,MX,TXT records. Is there an ip which I can set for A record?

If my CNAME entry is wrong, then why is my subdomain showing heliohost page? My subdomain already has CNAME settings as ns1.heliohost.org but it won't allow two CNAME entries.

I am trying to add forum.rnf.nu as an addon domain. When I try to open through the browser it is showing account queued page but when I try to add it, the cpanel gives an error: Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 5.157.86.53,5.157.86.18 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

I had an account abhi923 which I requested to be deleted and apparently have been deleted. I had a parked domain on this account. I created a new account on Stevie, killer and I am trying to add the same parked domain but I am getting error as shown in the image attached.What should I do in order to add the domain?

just reminding that email id's of asking users should be compared with the accounts they are requesting data for before providing them with data.
