My topic was closed immediately afterwards. As it didn't work out I left a reply but it has not been answered anymore. With username "cmcons" and the new password I received (tried ctrl.+c and typing it) I could not login at: http://johnny.helioh...org:2082/login/ The password seemed a bit strange, as if there would be a space within the password. Hello, cannot log in anymore with my old password. Tried using password reset but seems not to work as with the entered code sent via email nothing happens. Tried it already several times. Thanks

I could reactivate it but nevertheless I wasn't able to enter into my account. Renewing the password didn't work out, neither I was able to log in into my forum account, I had to create a new one. When I entered the code for renewing the password of my HelioHost account nothing happened and I didn't reveive any email with a new password. Maybe it's because of the downtime of the server "Johnny". Well right now I really don't know whether my account was queued, suspended or the password I use is wrong.
