The domain I got from dot.tk doesn't work with heliohost. I did change the domain with the domain change script. After a few hours, the heliohost subdomain dissapeared, but my .tk domain redirects me into Heliohost account Queued page. Here's my settings: My CPanel username is "ermando". Please help.

It seems FTP does work on new domain, and the new domain works when I put www. in the start. (http://www.socialpixel.heliohost.org) But it does send me to the Account Queued page when I don't put www. Please help? So I wanted to change my website's domain from "http://3dsfun.heliohost.org" to "http://socialpixel.heliohost.org". To do so I tried the domain change script. Then I got a success message it will take effect in 48 hours. But it's been exactly 1 week since I did that. How I can change my domain, please? My cPanel username is ermando. Can someone please help me? My heliohost website got hacked, it seems that the hacker changed my cPanel password, and the contact mail so I can't reset my password.
