Er, I don't know how to put it. For past few months, I kept on getting account suspension every 15 days despite log-ins. Though ever since last DDoS such problems don't seem much bother and I used to recycle (reactivate) the account whenever I got such suspension. However, now all of a sudden my account has been deleted. Could you please check what timestamp does is show against my last cPanel login? username: coozzle server: stevie

Hi, I've hosted a site www.coozzle.com on your server. I'm using Wordpress as CMS (instead of merely a blog). It was all working fine until a few days ago when wordpress stopped sending the registration mails to people registering on my blog. It doesn't send any email to gmail ids, and delivers the mail in spam folder for yahoo ids. Just curious could google have blocked the mail server while yahoo putting it in spam list?

What matters in the end is that server is up and running again BTW, just a suggestion. Can we have helionet moved to a different server than heliohost? That way we'll have a way to get some insights into what's happening in the back-end while the server is out for some reasons. This time I was anxious coz neither of the sites were available.

Hi, I've a account named coozzle hosted as coozzle.heliohost.org I'm using wordpress as CMS. But it has suddenly started behaving oddly. All the categories under which my posts were categorized have gone missing. I can still see the posts, but all of them have turned "uncategorized", while all the categories seem to have been deleted. I've also tried to restore the same from a previous backup, but I got the error "Failed to write to disk". Please help me.
