Tried that, didn't work. Nothing seems to be working. I tried to reset it via cpanel, but haven't gotten the email to reset it.

I just resigned up after having my last account being deleted due to inactivity. Anyways everything is up now its out of queue and has been created, but I can't seem to login. I have tried the correct password (I believe) multiple times, and its just not working. Also tried other possible things, and nothing. Please help. Domain: syst3m.ca Username: syst3m

I just figured it out, I'm surprised I didn't figure it out sooner. I was using a program (PeerBlock) that blocks access to some IPs, and your IP must be on the blocked list for some reason. With the program disabled, it works fine. Thanks trying to help.

I know port 2082 isn't blocked because it works with my previous host, just not here. I did try a proxy (phproxy script) and it worked. Is there anything else that could be causing the problem? Should I try contacting my ISP?

I have been trying every few days or so for over a week, and it hasn't worked at all. There is no loading time, it just goes directly to the "Unable to connect" page.

I previously had problems accessing my cpanel, but then it randomly started working. Old Topic I am now having the same trouble while trying to access my cpanel. Every time I try to go to http://syst3m.ca:2082/ or http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ in firefox I get "Unable to connect - Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at [whichever site I tried]:2082." No password promt, just an "unable to connect" error The weird thing is now for first time since signing up I can access cpanel. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it now works. The only that comes to mind is that I used ccleaner and clean my computer. So for the time being, it works.

After a week of waiting for my hosting account, i finally got it today. Problem is I can access cpanel at all, when I go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ I get a "Unable to connect" error message. I'm using firefox and have never had problems with other hosts connecting to cpanel. In case this is needed: User: syst3m domain: syst3m.ca

I signed up on Friday morning sometime around 7am EST, and over 2 full days later I can still not access my site or cpanel. User: syst3m domain: syst3m.ca

I use Windows 7, and really like it. Of course it is Windows so it not perfect, but its a step up from Vista. If I had another computer, I would probably put either Fedora or Ubuntu on it though. Linux is pretty neat.

Favourite movie, thats a tough one because there are so many movies I love.
