Proxies should be used privately or else it could lead to high usage of resources and then could end up having their site suspended.

Many people's website at Heliohost are getting suspended for having more than 2 cron jobs per day. Why not limit cron jobs in cPanel or just give a warning when a user is adding more then 2 cron jobs ?
