When trying to create a Ruby on Rails application, I'm met with the following error: My main domain is http://potstod6.heliohost.org/ My cPanel Username is: potatos6

I'm trying to add my domain, brandonisgreen.com, but it is telling me that this domain is owned by another user. Help?

When I'm trying to add a new Addon Domain, I'm given the following error: "Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!" When checking stats in cPanel, it says I've used 0 out of the 0 allowed Addon Domains. I believe this is an error, however, because according to http://www.heliohost...eatures/domains, under the Parked and Addon Domains section, the following is said: "HelioHost offers unlimited parked and add-on domains to its users." My account it hosted on the Johnny server.
