Thanks for your reply. Actually, I was looking for some customer feedback service, not bug tracker. Currently I've already found one. It's BetaEasy. This service is an uservoice alternative but it allows to integrate feedback button into desktop software application. And this feature is needed one.

I mean a service which can help gather all the feedback (submitted bugs/features) in one place and conveniently manage beta testers. To make it more convenient for my beta users to leave their suggestions. Maybe somebody is already using smth like that.

Hi everybody! I've decided to utilize certain web service to control my beta stage and beta testers better. There's a lot of them on the web. I was wondering perhaps someone already has used some of them and can assist me in making a choice. Appreciate your replies
