  3. It takes a while for our Root Admin, Krydos to get on here. He’s not usually on the forum everyday because he is currently busy working on things. So you just gotta be patient whenever he’s available.

HelioHost does not tolerate phishing activity of any kind, and for security reasons will not unsuspend, back up, or delete an account that was involved in phishing. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  7. You just simply click “Start a new topic” in whatever subforums you are currently in. So for example let’s say that you need support and by doing that, you just navigate through the “Customer Service” subforum and hover your mouse to “Start a new topic” on the right corner in the middle between everyone’s post below and the Subforums above. For IP Blocked, go into "Blocked IPs" subforum and for suspensions go into "Suspended and Queued Accounts"

We don't usually update cPanel unless we rebuild the server since it breaks a ton of custom stuff and the last Tommy rebuild was in two years ago, so I wouldn’t expect that to happen at any time but we will add that to our TODO list for a further installation in case we decide to install. Other than that, everything will remain the same.
