Then, if it's just an error relating to the DDoS, there's not much anyone can do, in my opinion. Unless the root admin buys a super expensive firewall, and wastes $1000+ p/month. Is godbcconfig installed?

Are you just using cPanel, or do you have any FTP software (like FileZilla)? I actually find the FTP software easy to use, and saves me from having to open too many windows, but cPanel is much nicer when I am not at my home workstation. I guess it depends on how much work(effort) you want to put. cPanel does everything you need it to do if you just want a nice easy simple website. Whereas FTP if you plan on doing alot of editing daily. Just save the file to your desktop(windows) and use cPanel click 'file manager' doesn't matter what option you choose, when the new window opens, click public_html on the left hand menu bar upload in there.

Hi Kentai I wouldn't be too concerned about it, it possibly could be the server under attack again, or the root admin is configuring the new server. I'm having the same issue, I suggest waiting for a few days. But meh.
