User proxse, web-address proxse.heliohost.org on Stevie: When I try to run any PHP file at all, even a blank one, I get a 500 error. I tried creating a blank file, same thing. I don't know if it's somehow conencted to moving my account from Johnny. Somewhat related comment: FTP doesn't work either.

I am seeing this "500 Internal Server Error" page since a few day now. I recently added some addon domains and parked domain to my account, not if sure if misconfigured something. Also i had attempted to restore my jhonny backups on to stevie, can there be some conflicting config files (.htaccess, etc) in the home backup leading to this? If so, can someone point me to a tutorial on this? If someone can point me as to which logs needs to be observed to help me figure out the actual error would be of great help too..... domain: http://jugal.heliohost.org/ server: stevie

Hello, First of all I wasn't sure where to post this,so sorry if it's in the wrong Forum. I seem to be geting 500 errors lately which I believe might be heliohosts fault. Sometimes if I add the tinyest update to a script,while phpmyadmin is open 500's begin to happen. Can I prevent this? Thanks Conor

I installed phpbb3 at my site and got an error while configuring the acp (admin control panel): I tried to find that error log, but can't find it... I tried the error log that is showed in the cPanel (the last 300 errors) and not again. Tried to see if where made an error log in the host and nothing again. Maybe it is an error log that only the heliohost admin can see... Well i would like if someone could speak me where that error log is placed and maybe solve that problem... If someone can solve it easily, it is great, but i want to know where that error log is placed for don't be so dependent... BR, Julian

I had read in a similar post that heavy loads on your server may generate this error. my website is on johnny and what has been happening a lot is that i get an internal server error and then if i refresh in a couple minutes it works fine. is this a regular issue related to heavy server loads? could it have anything to do with me doing a lot testing?-i'm hitting some pages a lot in a short amount of time thanks, allan

Hi, I am experiencing some downtime on www.jeremyahenry.com. I was wondering if this was a planned downtime? I have installed a few plugins and wanted to make sure this was a site error not a server error... thanks -
I was wondering if others are having the same problem or even if they have noticed than whenever logged into cPanel the website or sites go down with '500 server Error'. I have one SignUp subdomain, (which I use rarely for testing), and two live AddOn Domain tld's. Whenever I download database backups or even access file manager in cPanel and then try to access any of the Sites I get a 500 Error and this does not go away until I have logged out of cPanel. Can anyone else replicate this? It has been happening for some months now. -
