I happen to have a PHP script that needs to use the GMP extension, and I end up having an exception that says "GMP extension seems not to be installed." How do I add the GMP extension?

Hi! I changed my domain's nameservers to NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG more than a week ago. In cPanel under public_html I created a .html page, but my page just doesn't want to show up. Chrome says: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because myWebPage.tk took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. What am I doing wrong?

I have been using the hosting for a long time now, and HelioHost is undoubtedly my favourite free hosting. But the missing thing is https on almost all the pages. Why don't you people enable CloudFlare Free throughout? It gives at least a basic SSL protection. Also, the cpanel logins and all the credentials are passed over http which is not secure. I understand that the free hosting is supposed to be used for testing purposes and not for actual websites, but when you can have a valid CloudFlare certificate for free, why not use it?

Hi Heliohost / Helionet I would like to request for heliohost to update cPanel to 11.38 and above. The reason is simple : Server Name Indication (SNI). This will allow many people to use SSL on shared ip addresses , but only on modern addresses. Still , this is a good feature to talk about. I hope the mods will consider it . Thank you! Is this normal? Whenever I refresh cPanel or simply launch PHPmyadmin on my account, my website becomes inaccessible due to a "500 Internal Server" error. Username "jimbo1qa". My site is jimmyli.org , the domain expired, now in the process of moving to jimmyli.ro.lt until the domain's renewed. Since the Stevie crash, I have been getting MySQL errors with my Drupal install. Will this get fixed? Second problem: In my attempts to recover from the database crash, I downloaded a SQL backup. Then I attempted to create a new database to reupload to. Oddly, when I create in cPanel MySQL, it doesn't show up in phpMyAdmin, and when I use a SQL command to create in phpMyAdmin, I cannot access or delete it from cPanel . Now I have an unwanted empty database named jimbo1qa_666 that needs to be deleted. Do NOT delete jimbo1qaz_drup666. Is there any explanation for the invisible databases? 3. After successfully importing to jimbo1qaz_drup666, I cannot create a database user because cPanel does not "see" that database. This depends on the invisible database issue being solved. As a worst-case workaround, is there a way to set up MySQL users from phpMyAdmin?

So, like what happens to many people, I have forgotten the password for my Stevie cPanel. I tried resetting it, but never received the reset email. I just let it be, as I didn't need access right then, and was busy with other things. Of course I kept getting the inactive account reset emails, so I kept my account open using the renew tool. But I am still unable to reset my password. So unless I did something without thinking, and changed my cPanel email, I am puzzled as to why I don't receive any reset emails. I can provide account information to the Helionet personnel if needed. Thank you,

I'm trying to loin to cPanel but it says "Authenticating then", "The Login is invalid". I'm 99.99999999999999% it's right. I tried resetting the password but never received the email. Is there a short term problem and I should just give it some time?

Hi Domain Name: zoraw.ar.com Until an hour ago, my account was working perfectly fine I was configuring my FTP accounts, when I suddenly got an error and had to sign in. since then, I havent been able to sign in into cPanel. My username is Zorawar and I used the reset password (which cant be used more than twice apparently) but I still cant get in. Further, The Account status recognises my username but the Account Renewal Script does not. Please help me out, I have a dead line with my work.

I just checked my website which works to look at normally. But I can't edit it due to issues with Stevie. Checked my website just got an Internal Server Error. Is this related to issues with Stevie?
