Well, my site (munny.heliohost.org / username: munny / server: Johnny) is not working. I've already download all files via SFTP, but all I can see is: : Ahoy! Hello, I've added a domain to my account. ( it is zdroj.ml ) I didn't point that nameservers, but I used A points for Ricky as it works for my main domain. (NS goes to Cloudflare) But after three days I have this domain still in queue. I don't think it's problem with my cache. I tried cleaning cache on Edge and Internet Explorer with no change. Can you please help me? Thank you so much.

Hi! When I try to connect to my files with the URL http://myusername.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/ I get an error saying that my account has been suspended for inactivity. The thing is that my account is not suspended and everything works fine if I log in to my control panel. What could be the problem? Thanks

Hello, I am having a small issue here, whenever I use my custom domain ( which I added through cpanel ), it redirects me to the "Account Queued" page ( I have this account for more than 24 hours ). Now what is weird is that it doesn't do that with "subdomain.heliohost.org" adress it is also using the "cgi-sys" which I can't seem to find on public_html. ( I have attached a few screenshots of that issue ) More information: Server used: Ricky Adress that is not working: superdisbot.tk Adress that is working but this is not the one I want to use: l4f4go.heliohost.org Also no need to worry about the SSL certificate being invalid on the heliohost adress it's totally normal.
