Recently during the jonny downtimes. Like most users i requested to get my account transfered and received backup of my existing account. But turned out that the backup only had files. Nothing about mysql, emails, domain, etc. Hence this backup is really critically to me. After johnny came up, I managed to manually take a backup through the link provided by krydos. http://johnny.helioh...ckup/index.html When I saw the "Full Backup Completed" mail, Johnny was again having a downtime. And after that I could never login to johnny again, probably since I requested to get the johnny account deleted. username: jugal domain: jugal.heliohost.org Server: (was earlier on johnny (this is the backup i need)) Now i have migrated to stevie. I can share the backup completed mail in PM if required. I really need the mysql, email backups to complete my stevie migration. Any help would be great. Hi, Does anyone have any good recommendations for creating a test enviroment for WordPress? Ideally, I would like to have my main domain example.com access my live site, and have a test.example.com access my test site. I would like the test site to be live. For example, if any of my users use test.example.com they can make post etc, and they will be displayed on the live site. However, I would like any changes. In terms of themes, plugins, widgets, etc on the test site to not effect the live site. After I've made changes to the test site that I'm happy with, I would like to be able to propergate thoses changes to the live site. If this is at all possible then this could be layerd. For example, I could have a test site that I would on. Then a beta site that I can use to get other people to test, and the finally my live site. Any ideas?

First I registered on server johnny, and set up my website there, but due to the instability of johnny, and me not needing any of the special services installed on it, I decided to sign up on stevie, and so I did, but sadly, I couldn't register with the same domain name I have bought and already used on johnny ... so I read the article on moving my account, and did everything it said there, meaning I deleted my account on stevie, then I backed up eveything on johnny, and then asked to delete the account on johnny, too! after that, I tried to access my website and I got the "account suspended" message. This morning I tried to re-sign-up on stevie, but my domain name appears to be still in use so I couldn't register an account. my details are: old johnny cpanel username (deleted): andrei old domain name used on johnny (deleted): andywebdesign.com stevie username (deleted): andyxfun stevie domain (deleted): andyxfun.heliohost.org what can I do now? could someone from the administration team help me? maybe make my old account (andrei) on stevie? and make it use my domain name? would that be possible?
