I'm constantly facing this problem at Ricky server: Internal Server Error 500 This is when I access my DB from time to time. Why is that the case? Some bad operation of mine? Or is it a problem of yours?

Hello, I am new to Heliohost and loving it so far. However, in my latest adventures to creating a discord bot for my discord server, I noticed an error kept occurring on your site that the module "Discord.py" did not exist. To be honest, I'm not surprised as it tends to be a lesser known and lesser used module. Could you please install the discord.py module if at all possible to the Johnny server if it not too much hassle. It would be greatly appreciated. Hi, I got the following error when trying to create a new addon domain (dulleshsa.tk) in cPanel: A DNS entry for “dulleshsa.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The cPanel forum says to execute the script /scripts/killdns domain.com to fix the issue but I'm assuming that's something only a root admin can do. Please help. Thanks, ardent

Hi, I'm wondering if CloudFlare really makes a website faster (especially with WordPress), because in the last weeks errors like the 502 and the 520 one often occured. I tried so to deactivate the HTTP proxy to my WordPress websites and I think the errors has gone away... (I have to make more tests). Also, when I disconnected the proxy it replaced the SSL certificate from self-certified with an expired CPanel AutoSSL one (I hope it renews soon... before 24h). What do you think of this? Thanks

I have been used Tommy server a year and use postgreSQL database under PHP web. Recently i changed my domain from .tk to .red and I'm experiencing problems with functions pgsql in PHP. The principal: After closing a pgsql connection with: pg_close($dbconn); the php die and stops all with this instruction even if the connection with db is successfull. Before change my domain, this issue did not appear. an example: https://www.laparcela.red/control/test.php After "Conectado con éxito" there are a echo "Hola mundo" and not appears. Hello, I am using ClipBucket, a Softaculous script I downloaded through the cPanel Softaculous Scripts Installer. However, after setting it up, in the admin area I am receiving a notification telling me: You must update "Server Configurations". When I tried to troubleshoot with the official ClipBucket website, it tells me that I must make certain modifications to PHP such as the following new settings: max_execution_time = 7500 (must be at least 7200)post_max_size = 100M (must be at least 50M)upload_max_filesize = 100M (must be at least 50M)memory_limit = 100MRight now, the max_execution time is 30, post_max_size is 32M, and upload_max_filesize is also 32M. The memory_limit is fine. Please advise on how I should proceed. Thanks!

I have one main domain name - a***.*** - and one addon domain name - m***.*** (please don't post publicly my domain names). In the main domain name root folder, I use .php file to redirect to the main directory of my website by using: header("Location: https://a***.***/folder-name/index.php"); The problem is, that when I visit my main domain name(a***.***), I'm getting first the 521 error message and only then the redirection. I'm seeing the 521 error message in browser's history window, with the logged title of the page: a***.*** | 521: Web server is down and then on a new logged line, my https://a***.***/folder-name/index.php file, with the normal title. Can't figure out what may cause this to happen. UPDATE: Apparently Cloudflare uses 521 error, but yet not sure why is this triggered

Hello again guys! My domain is now properly working (http://ctfisep.heliohost.org) : if i put a index.html, it properly displays. However, when it turns to .php files, i'm afraid it reads Internal Error (as if php, or apache wasn't enabled). Any tips of how to enable it from cPanel? Have a good day.

I tried port 25 but still the same. Do i have to request specially for connecting via external servlet or any services? or it isn't supported?

Hi, I have some problems... I can't access to CPanel with any device (it says "Your IP Adress has been changed. Retry the login") FTP doesn't create folders. Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate With the other browsers it works. Why? I see also that the certificate (issued by ZeroSSL) has expiring date on 2020! The others certificates by ZeroSSL of susbdomains has all expiring date on 07/2017... Thanks

I want to buy a Symantec SSL certifcate and i decided to try the trial certificate to test it, but i can't install it. Cpanel gives me the error: The certificate could not be installed on the domain “laparcela.tk”. Certificate verification failed! The system did not find the root certificate that corresponds to the supplied Certificate Authority Bundle’s intermediate certificate. Please supply a full Certificate Authority Bundle with the root certificate included. I generated a CSR and Symantec give me my the certificate and two more. Secure Site Trial Root Certificate Secure Site Trial Intermediate Certificate In CABUNDLE i wrote Symantec Trial Secure Server CA - G3 (Secure Site Trial Intermediate Certificate) I tried to add de Root Certificate but is not possbile. I don't know if i buy a certificate, i would install it. Tkanks Team.
