I was trying to disable them via .htaccess file(using php_flag), but quickly noticed I'm not the only one who tried it and this method is not allowed on HelioHost. So, basically, how do I disable them? I couldn't find anything related to it on HelioNet

Early this morning (around 2:30am PST), I got an error message when trying to create an account on Stevie: "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later." From Kevery13's Apr 17 2012 [solved] Error In Stevie Signup forum post it looks like he had received the same message. He was told that it was because he was trying to signup a 2nd account on Stevie using the same IP address. There is already a Stevie account on my family's IP address. But that account isn't mine, it belongs to my son, who's still living at home. Moderator Ice IT Support told Kevery13: "If you would like a second account on the other server, you need to ask the administrators to make an exception for your IP address." How can I contact the administrators to request an exception for there to be 2 accounts (1 for my son, 1 for me) from our shared IP address?

Hello, I have a problem with domain addon. I've set up nameserver correctly as always. After cPanel finished processing domain addon it has never actually listed my new domain in the list of addon domains. public_html folder has been created successfully. When I try to repeat the process it says: A DNS entry for the domain “xxxxxx.xxxxxx.heliohost.org” already exists. xxxxxx's are the domain name and username on heliohost. Stats on cPanel left side show 2 addon domains, although there should be three. Thank you. Best regards.

While installing owncloud from softaculous...(Steve server) The following errors were found : The PHP Version is less than the required 5.4+ :tick: Continue anyway ? (Might not work due to PHP version compatibility.) Then The following errors were found : Required PHP version greater than equal to 5.4.0 AND found version is : 5.3.8 Can I request that small update? Thanks.

Please i need help. Why is it that i can't import my database. When i was trying to import. I got error telling me that "You probably tried to upload a file that is too large. Please refer to documentation for a workaround for this limit." and my database size was 990 KB.

Hello all! I have next problem? I want to register in Steavi hosting, but ALL times I have error: "A DNS entry for “bimusoft.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed." I full delete this domain, but have error again, now I register domain, and configure ns servers to this hosting but have this error again? why!!!? If I delete domain I have error, if I register domain I have error again, why why why? Whois service showes that domain correctly configure to this toyur hosting, why I have error all times?

Am stuck trung to diagnose what is wrong with my perl CGI. Is there a way to further diagnose why a very simple perl CGI would throw a 500 error? Hello, I move my website from other server to helioshost today and after that the cpanel has this error "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]". the error: No such pseudo-hash field "group" at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Branding.pm line 836. including more errors below, i am not sure what to do. I'm trying to signup again because I wanted to switch from Johnny to Stevie. (48 hours) after I deleted my account I see this. When I try to signup I get a confirmation email that I succesfully signed up. Right after that I get an email with an error message: Can this be fixed, please? P.S. Hello! I've been trying to create a Stevie SSL account for the past couple days and each time I have been told that an error occurred upon attempting to register. Any ideas? I have had an account in the past, but I don't believe it's around anymore, as when I tired to delete it I was told it was either inactive or didn't exist ( account name: lenoodle ).
