i found the following error may be a couple of times or more today , have been finding this sine last two days ,when i askd cl58 in the IRC he informed its some problem with server, even i thought that, but dont know, It would be nice if any admin can have a look at this. I was wondering if others are having the same problem or even if they have noticed than whenever logged into cPanel the website or sites go down with '500 server Error'. I have one SignUp subdomain, (which I use rarely for testing), and two live AddOn Domain tld's. Whenever I download database backups or even access file manager in cPanel and then try to access any of the Sites I get a 500 Error and this does not go away until I have logged out of cPanel. Can anyone else replicate this? It has been happening for some months now. -
Sometimes when i try to connect to my website i get an error named "Internal server error". dear admin what is it caused by? i know that it isn't caused by my script . it's fully original. Will this problem get fixed? server: stevie

After I have uploaded my extracted WAR file in a certain CCDS folder under my account, I can no longer access my innov8.heliohost.org. Google Chrome says "Oops! Google Chrome could not find innov8.heliohost.org"...

At about half of an hour after 12:00AM PST, I tried signing up on Stevie. I filled out the form and all. When I tried to submit, HelioHost responded: "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later." I tried again, but it still didn't work. Could the problem at all relate to the fact that the HelioNet username that I entered is already used with another website? Or maybe because I used the same email address as I did with a previous website.

HelioHost username :gto2012 server: johnny HelioHost main domain:gto.heliohost.org When login to cpanel , I find the configuration were Disk Space Usage 0.37 / ∞ MB Monthly Bandwidth Transfer 0 / ∞ MB Email Accounts 0 / ∞ Subdomains 0 / ∞ Parked Domains 0 / 0 Addon Domains 0 / 0 unlimited disk space but no parked and add-on domains, I think it's a system configuration error

When I try to make a new hotlink allowed URL, it says "There was an error while enabling hotlink protection. Show Details" Show Details shows "Error: while opening /.htaccess"

Whenever I use FileZilla to upload files, I get a brute force protection warnings on BOTH the FTP and cPanel. Anyone else noticing these problems?

Hi, I'm really happy that I joined heliohost. Currently I'm on Johny server and trying to use MODx CMF to create my personal page, but there're something little odd happened, I often get un-responded page and have to wait some minutes to get to manager page again. Sometimes I've pushed to be logged off (session seemed accidentally ended). Then, I look into the Error Log, and below is the error content: [2011-12-26 05:44:51] (ERROR in xPDOConnection::connect @ /home/x/public_html/home/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 2955) SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User x_mymodx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections I'm sure that there's a mistaken (or limitation) on server config make this happened. Please tell me what can I do to get MODx run smoothly. Thanks, I think there's a bug with PDO extension and current version of Mysql server on Johny (which is 5.0.91). I wish our admin will upgrade it asap.
