Hi! I changed my domain's nameservers to NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG more than a week ago. In cPanel under public_html I created a .html page, but my page just doesn't want to show up. Chrome says: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because myWebPage.tk took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. What am I doing wrong?

Hello I came here for help because my website was not redirected to the servers heliohost the website link is www.jogosenergy.tk (I'm Brazilian). But when I try to enter the site says that the name was not directed from this error in the browser if Chrome (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED) Some Administrator please answer me, because I have done the request on the 8th day of January and the site was not to air. Hello, my name is zout, and I am here with a doubt, came to heliohost for lack of good accommodation providers on the internet, so in the future I will create my own website, but when I complete 400 posts and ask for a custom domain, after one year the domain disappears? Can I, then after a year, go back to having the domain? and, if the domain disappears, my site will be off the internet? I recently installed Joomla 3.x on Heliohost using Softaculous and it works, but when I go to the location I installed it, I see a directory listing rather than index.php automatically being used as the homepage. http://tstewart.heli...org/joomlaSite/ On my main site I have modified .htaccess to use Home.aspx as the DirectoryIndex, but when I do this to the htaccess file in the joomlaSite directory: DirectoryIndex index.php I get this error Am I making a mistake here? I am not too familiar with htaccess files.

Hi. I recently tried to login to HelioHost and found that I kept getting my password wrong until it locked me out. By the time i could try again, my account was declared inactive. I tried again today but still cant get it. I tried to reset the password, but the email never came. Could you guys possible reset the password manually or otherwise send me my account info? Thanks! I mentioned in IRC that I'd be up for designing ad banners a couple weeks ago after Krydos had asked, so I figured I'd start a thread here about how that's going and to get feedback from users and staff. Currently my only ad (Work In Progress still) is at http://shinryuukai.t...HHBannerWIP.png but I plan on moving them to ads.shinryuukai.tk once the daemon gets around to setting up that sub. The current one is a static banner, but I can and will make some animated GIFs, if anyone has ideas for improving the current ad or ideas for GIFs please let me know. Also, I know it's huge, I'll scale it down when finished, and clip my stray pencil marks. To access individual layers add .001 .002 or .003 before .png EDIT: If a HelioHost user wants a personalized banner reply to this post with the following: 1) website or company name. 2) color scheme or pallette. 3) rough idea of what you'd like or whether it's up to me. - include size here, refer to wikipedia for standardized sizes. 4) contact email. Keep in mind I'm not a professional artist or graphics designer, and I'm a full time student, it may take a while to get your ads done but it'll get done.

Hello! When trying to add an addon domain to my hosting account, I receive this error message: "Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!" It was my understanding that I was allowed to add domains. Here is my information: Server: Stevie Username: crthell Main domain: crthell.tk I also am given this information from my cPanel stats: Parked Domains: 0 / 0 Addon Domains: 0 / 0 While some who are more maliciously inclined would fail to state this, cPanel also reports my storage as infinite. I don't want karma to bite me in the ass If this has, by chance, been posted in the wrong subforum, please correct my mistake Thank you for your assistance, crthell

Not a lot of topics on Helionet about Technology and the Internet so I thought I start one. List all possible things that you think will be in the future; you don't have to say why but you know creativity, imagation and all that good stuff. 1.) I think there are going tobe a lot of things but mostly Cars that can drive themselves. What would think even call that autopilot or autodrive (You Choose, I think autodrive.) 2.) I also think that something is going to happen with food in the future, not sure what it is going tobe about but I am sure it going to be great , as long as it doesn't suck . But yeah, put whatever you thnk is going tohappen in the future it doesn't even have to be about tech it can be about anything. So again, it can be about anything.

Hello. I'm new to heliohost, and I have just created a website. I used the server "Johnny" because of 3 reasons: Stevie wasn't working for me, Johnny had the smallest load of people, and Johnny had so many more capabilities. I hadn't thought at the time of signup that Johnny would have so many errors. Johnny has terrible lag, and as well as that, is almost never working (almost always offline). Is this normal? Have any suggestions? Any way I can switch to Stevie from Johnny (I don't want to delete my website, nor do I want to violate their multiple account rule)? I don't know. I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated. (Update)-Oh, I forgot to say, my website is flexus.heliohost.org Thanks! -
Hello, I am wondering, if Heliohost started to give paid service. For Example - to increase more than 500 MB web space, how many members are ready to take this paid service? Also my suggestion, if Heliohost start to have paid service they can improve their server to decrease down time. Please reply, so that we can get more great service from heliohost.
