I need to have the java installation on my server to happen very soon and I have been waiting 12 hours for my request to be processed and it still has not been processed. Is there any way to up the priority of my request or have it happen now?

Hi team, my Java application stopped working without any modification since yesterday at around 10:30 PM EST timezone. The application was working fine until that moment. Since then, without any modification, it stopped responding and it is now giving a 404 error response. I tried to upload and deploy again my WAR file, but it does not change anything. Moreover, I tested the WAR file on a Tomcat server in my local machine, and it is working fine without any problem. Can you please check the reason of this problem? My user is "shuffly", my domain is "shuffly-backend". Thanks a lot

Hi team, yesterday I uploaded a new version of the WAR file to update my webapp and then I clicked on the deploy button. Since then, the deploy is still in "pending" status and seems to do not change from it (as now it is more than 24 hours). Can you please help on that? My info are: user: shuffly domain: shuffly-backend.heliohost.org Thanks for the help Best regards

So, today I made a small change in one file of my .war, and redeployed it. The deployment has been pending for around 2 hours, even though the wiki says it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes (I didn't change the .war's name). I'd just like to know why it takes so long. How does the deployment process work?

I've tommy server and I want to host java servlet project on it for which I've requested through software section but, it is not enabled yet. Can you please install java on my server as soon as possible I require to host my project till Saturday which is tommorow.

I'm on Tommy, I tried to deploy my file through cPanel, it took a long time and in the end it was it failed with errors. Can I find the logs by myself or are you guys the only ones able to see them? Thanks for the help.

So, I need hosting for the backend of a small application I'm doing. It's very simple and I made it with Spring Boot. This allows me to run the compiled .jar file just with java -jar TheJarFile.jar (assuming the jar's name is "TheJarFile.jar").It runs on its own, self-contained Tomcat. Is it possible to use something like this in your servers? Or do I absolutely need to have a .war file? Side question: do I need to prevent by myself people from trying to DDoS me (it's not very likely but it's possible) or do you already protect your servers from that kind of things?
