I have created a domain namexxxx.combut it doesn't load. I can't ping it either. For example, when I try to install wordpress, I get this error. Hello everyone, Sorry for my question, i'm new here. Recently, I received a 500 error on my site, and it is really slow to open.I already modified the php.ini file before, then delete the contents of the worpress and reinsttalle again but, the problem still remains. Why are my PHP scripts errors not being displayed? Instead, the server is throwing a 500 internal error. I've already tried to add the 'display_errors' php flag to .htaccess file, but it doesn't seem to work, it keeps on returning the same 500 error. Hello, I have a problem with my java/jsp application. I created it in eclipse as it was described here http://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet. I have tested it on Apache 7 and selected Java 1.6 for this project. It runs ok on my local machine. I deployed it on server (rec0.heliohost.org/xmascard) and it doesn't work as it should. The problem occurs everytime I try to get object from java in jsp site. I'm trying to do it like: <% Card card = (Card) session.getAttribute("card"); %> And when I try to use this object <%= card.getUsername()%>I allways get NullPointerException like this object is never loaded. As I said it works on my local tomcat 7 server so I doubt it is implementation problem. Mabye there are some version differences so I don't ask you to fix this. I would only like to know how should I pass objects (or eventually simple variables) from java code to jsp the way it works on your servers. I'd love to try it myself but long deploying times make it hard. I hope you can help me Regards, rec0

Hi heliohost, I really appreciate the kindness for allowing us to host freely here. I am having a little bit of issue, host name : zengvee.heliohost.org server : stevie I encountered random 500 Internal Server Error today. Here are the tasks I did today : I registered new .tk domain, http://www.find10.tk Added it as alias in cpanel. I browse through Softaculous Apps Installer and found e107 under Portals/CMS. I tried to install through Softaculous but failed, it said .htaccess file might be the issue that prevent the installation. I went to Cpanel File Manager and delete .htaccess file. Rerun the installation script, still failed, it said error with domain, unrecognized domain. I tried it with zengvee.heliohost.org , no luck too. I downloaded e107_2.1.1_full.tar.gz from http://e107.org/get-started and sftp upload them and extract it in public_html. Followed the installation instructions and I got e107 setup OK. Cleared my browser cache. Reload, I got 500 Internal Server Error Reload another few minutes, http://zengvee.heliohost.org loaded fine with new e107 php script. Reload a few more minutes, I faced 500 Internal Server Error again.No idea what really caused it, please inform me know if it was some sort of errors on my site. Thank you.

Is this normal? Whenever I refresh cPanel or simply launch PHPmyadmin on my account, my website becomes inaccessible due to a "500 Internal Server" error. Hello I'm getting this error for more than an hour now. Could this be caused by having the /dev/sda3 full? On the server status page of my cPanel it says: Disk /dev/sda3 (/usr) 100 % So that seems to be the reason. If it is, is there a way I can solve it? I don't know if any of my files (that I can delete) are stored there. Thanks

Hello, I have been using HelioHost for quite a while now and suddenly, PHP scripts stopped working. I have had no trouble in the past week with php and now, all of the sudden, my scripts stopped working due to a 500 error. Also, I read the last 500 error topic and I HAVE NOT been in cPanel/FTP/PHPMyAdmin for the last 12 hours. My Info: Username: hexxitu Server : Johnny Domain : hexxi.tk PHP Problem Pages: hexxi.tk/uuid-get/get-uuid.php - Note: the php file is just a simple echo statement and it has an error! Please Help. Update: PHP Works fine on other sites I have on the same account... What could be going wrong?

Hey all, I'm really sorry to bug you again, but it does really appear that when I try to run any PHP script on Stevie, I get a 500. I have other domain/branches which do not use PHP and they are fine. This was working about 12 hours ago and now it is not. Please browse to http://TucsonComputer.info/ for PHP not working. Please browse to http://HeyComputerMan.biz/ for no PHP (just shtml). I repeat, this was just working. The Helio server, and its current state, seems to be the difference. If I am doing something wrong, please compare perms on /home/ufni/disloyalconsumer with those on /home/ufni/tucsoncomputer and explain why neither work. With Love, and Please Help, Michael

I guest I've followed How do I use Python/Django? perfectly, exept the sentence: If it is your wish to develop on-site you will need to manually create a blank __init__.py file, a settings.py file, and a urls.py file. And after that, after following the guide, my specified subdirectory is now have an 500 Internal Server Error.. Do I need to install the Django web development framework manually before it'll work? I keep getting 500 internal server error again and again repeatedly :angry: which affects user experience on my site due to this repeated 500 internal server error, moreover I am not even able to make any changes to my site or update it, this is very frustrating please solve this issue.This error stays for more then a minute & I see this error everyday. :angry: Stevie load is 14.xx% with uptime of 99.xx% most of the times but still I see this error.... My site is not putting much load on the server. I've installed WordPress on it. Please fix this error. I tried to attached an image for reference but it failed, it might be possible that the server or my site would be running at the time when you have a look. [Solved] 500 Internal Server Error - Installing Wordpress

Having difficulty installing Wordpress, whenever I run the .php files I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Checked the error logs from cPanel and they're not reporting anything (except missing error page files! After adding files, no errors are reported). Have tried a number of methods: - Downloaded latest Wordpress software package, unpacked, copied to public_html, created database, ran the install.php, error 500 - Created wp-config.php file manually, uploaded it to the correct location, ran install.php, error 500 - Removed all files and wiped database, tried a Softaculous install, received email stating install was succesful, went to homepage, error 500 - Checked permissions of all files and folders, they are as they should be - Couldn't find .htaccess file, so added a blank one, added one from an old website, neither helped - Checked memory allocation for php - 20M, which should be OK Database seems to be working fine, everything on cPanel is working fine, no issues on server. My domain is: www.overlapd.com and my account is on stevie with the username aman. When I open the site, it consistently shows error 500. Tried IRC too, but no one responded there. I had accidentaly deleted my .htaccess file. Now i see that there is a new blank .htaccess file present. Can anyone guide me on the same?
