I paid the $12 for Johnny SSL, but my site does not seem to reflect that. I should have a dedicated IP address and one has not be supplied. Do you have a real support contact approach? I need to get this resolved ASAP or will contact creditor to pull money back. Extremely disappoint to learn AFTER the fact that there is no private support. Requiring me to post personal account information is poor business. How do you get the $12 refund and cancel account?
