I'm glad that you got things cleared out by changing control panel to Plesk (I can't wait to see new possibilities coming by Plesk). This time I type here because I noticed that my website got archived. Maybe, since it's already archived and I could host site on my own server while things get setup, can I ask for that archive?   8. Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I had my site hosted on Ricky, so I followed the instructions to get moved to Tommy. This is my email for my new account richhackney3@gmail.com. My old account email was richchackney@gmail.com and the address was www.richhackney.heliohost.org. I verified my email through the link and chose Tommy and made a donation. Transation ID - 3YN66085490988937 When I try to log in I get page saying I need to click the link to verify my email which is why I don't have a username. Please advise. Thanks,Rich. Attachments area

  10. I'm asking about the difference between production servers and testing servers. I heard that uptime is a factor, but is there any other factors that makes one better. I also heard that the speed is faster, but also heard that Ricky was slow (before the upgrading). Also this is off topic but is Autossl Let's Encrypt or Sectigo/Comondo (I know that cpanel.net is Sectigo)???

  12. According to the Wiki, Ricky is supposed to have free AutoSSL support, but I only see the option to "purchase" certificates in my cpanel. I've been using the 90 day Let's encrypt certs so far, but I haven't stayed on top of renewing them. I'd like to get AutoSSL working if possible.

  14. Hello Heliohost, I cant get Tommy server. I woke early (in India it is 5:00am) (GMT:5:30) and waited for Tommy server. I keep on refreshing the page. At last the checkbox came. I clicked next but again it came the first page for comparing. After doing this, no way the checkbox went away.I tried this for more than 1 week. No way. So Please help me with this. Its a cheating. Every Time it shows 23 hours & 60 minutes to reopen even though I clicked next. So please help me with this. I need an urgent website. So please I beg You. With regards, Mubarak Bilal

  16. Greetings, I am new to heliohost, using Ricky, and I'm working on a project that required 2 python libraries that wasn't available on heliohost. This is the version that works for me without getting a 500 error #!/usr/bin/python I'm not sure which version is running with that definition, but it's the only one working. I really need the NLTK version after 2017 (NLTK 3.3 or above) and heapq package to complete my code please if it's capable on the server. If it's not possible, I would really appreciate it if you could help me to install it directly with the pip!   19. Dear Heliohost, I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have also checked the wiki. I would like to set up nigelbarksfield.co.uk as an addon domain on Ricky after Tommmy crashed. However, cPanel states it cannot create the addon because a DNS record already exists for nigelbarksfield.co.uk. Please, could someone create it for me? Thanks in advance for topnotch service. "Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it" I've already designed a full database on this account and I can't react it because it's inactive. I need to return it back, since I use this database. Thank you in advance.

  22. Hi, everybody. Due to Tommys breakdown, I moved temporarily to Ricky... and started having problems with email receipt and delivery. The email for my domain (infantex.com.mx) is managed by GoogleApps, so I went and deleted the default MX record(s) in cPanel and replaced them with the ones indicated by Google (https://support.google.com/a/answer/33915). Email delivery was slow and sometimes intermitent: I would send a test email to our five addresses and two of them would receive nothing... But it was intermitent not permanent, I mean, if I send another test email to the account that received none, this time the email would be received. I attributed this to the fact that Ricky was slower than Tommy... Though, as the email is managed not by HelioHost's servers but by Google Apps, I don't know how this can be the case. In fact, after Tommy's crash and before I moved to Ricky, I had absolutely no problems with the email, even if the site was down, email kept functioning without a hickup. But since yesterday, I can't sent or receive email. When sending email I receive a 550 error, for example: 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to cfdi@infantex.com.mx. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. And when sending, I receive an authentication error or the email is simply lost (no send error but isn't received). I can login to Google Apps using the accounts and passwords, so the accounts do exist. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any help is appreciatted. Regards,
  23. Its been 2 days since I got to know about this issue, Its driving me mad. I don't know for how long this has been happening. My sent mails aren't always being delivered, I get no error/failed delivery mail and they aren't delivered to recipients. I checked in Track Delivery feature and found out that for sometime it shows status as "in progress" after few minutes it just vanishes, no record of whether it was delivered or failed, no record whatsoever.This is happening randomly, some emails get delivered successfully. I tried mailing myself from gmail, yahoo providers. Sometime the mail arrives but sometimes it doesn't. So where are the mails going? What is going on? Please help. I am using outlook, mail is also setup on my gmail android app, I tried using webmail, still same problem. Please help.   24. Now I definitely can't access the Ricky server and my website any more. It's like the website is gone and doesn't exist any longer. I just won't ask: what's going on?, because I know you'll answer: Oh, we're facing a high load in server. Just wait.
