I use postgres for all my databases which its support is a very big attraction to pass me to this host. I think postgres on the jhonny server is misconfigured since the first error message I get when I make the call to the base is from pga_hba.conf pg_connect(): Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "::1", I hope they solve it, thank you very much. Hello. I created an account on HelioHost with the same username as here, and after 24 hours my page is up. So when I tried to go to the C-Panel, it gave the error, "The login is invalid" So the first thing I did was to press the reset password button, but that didn't send any emails to me. So out of luck, I found the account deletion page, and I entered my login details and then it worked. I got a suspended page on my site. Which was verrryyyy weird cause I couldn't log in. So I found the reactivate page and entered my login details. It worked. My page was up again. (I did not upload any content yet, as I've been only here for 24 hours.) Now, the problem is. I can't login. I can use the 'login into c-panel' on the homepage, and it will recognize my account (Reason I know it recognizes my account is because of the next sentence.) and take me to the c-panel Johnny login. Mam/Sir, After requesting an account deletion thought HelioHost - Account Deletion Script for the reason of moving that account. Should I need to wait at least 48 hours before my account get fully deleted specially to avoid some error or bug on the new moved account or even I created a new account with the same username, it will not get any single error even I did not wait at least 48 hours? This is just a simple question, because I've concern what if the deleted account be registered again with the same username even if it just 5 hours ago before it was requested to be deleted, did that account get error or that account will be fine at least the account get fully deleted in 5 hours? Thanks for replying in advance! (I really don't want a single error.)
