I hate to start off being a pain but it appears that I am having an issue logging in. I'm pretty sure I used the same password I signed up with - I copied and pasted it. But, it spit at me and said it was incorrect. I went and reset it, it did the same thing. I figured I'd better stop there and check the forum. I did. I noticed that too many attempts will make it angry. So, I'm not going to keep trying. My account is "kgiii" and I just signed up today, it says it's complete, and all that jazz.

I received a confirmation code for resetting password for cpanel for Johnny. But it does nothing, just forwarding me the the same form again and again. johnny.heliohost.org How can I reset the cPanel password?

HI team, I tried to reset Cpanel login password, but end up with unsuccessful, as i did not receive any confirmation code. I haven't login for a while. Please assist. My username is jp904 Cheers Jase

Hello, My username is: DmC The server is: Stevie. The email address i use for reset password in cpanel is the same as my helionet forum account but it never comes.. And yes i've already checked the spam etc etc.. Could you check it please? Thank you
