Hi, I have just registered for Heliohost and i have a domain which has been purchased from godaddy.com. I want to use the heliohost hosting service but i want all my emails to be received by godaddy. Also i have configured my Apple Mail and android device according godaddy POP and SMTP urls. Before changing the nameserver in my godaddy cpnal to heliohost, i checked the mail and i was receiving the email correctly in godaddy webmail. I was searching in the google plus heliohost forums on any guide on how to do that but i have not seen any proper guide. All i know is that i have to change the MX record but i am unaware of the correct process. So please guide me on how to do that. I have not added the email in my heliohost email panel yet.

Hi, It's just been an hour I purchased godaddy .com domain . now i am trying to link it to heliohost website of mine. I went to the godaddy account settings and in domain section, i put ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org In cpanel, i tried to change parking to mywebsitename.com but it gives me the below error: Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. -
Hi there, I have a domain name : nguyenvulong.com And I want to point my SUB-domain name : blog.nguyenvulong.com to heliohost nguyenvulong.com and Subdomain app.nguyenvulong.com I ALREADY pointed to Google Hosting . This my my configuration in GODADDY : AND I TRIED TO ADD A PARK DOMAIN with subdomain : blog.nguyenvulong.com BUT the error showed up : My sub-domain blog.nguyenvulong.com is in queued for few days and I believe there is something wrong . Please help me fix it. THANK YOU !!! EDIT: The system prevents domains that aren't pointed at our servers from being added for security reasons. An admin can override this protection though and add the domain for you.
