  1. Hello, I am on the Lily server and was wondering, with no control panel or SSH access, how I would migrate my databases? Usually the steps are as follows: Install EF Core CLI Tools: dotnet tool install --global dotnet-ef Create The Migrations: dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate create the schema on the database itself: dotnet ef database update However, with no SSH access I am at a loss on how to proceed. Apologies if this is a noob question I am very new to .Net Core.
  2. Hello, It is my first time at Heliohost. I am migrating a wordpress website to the hosting but I keep getting this error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@jc.heliohost.org to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I have migrated wordpress websites tons of times before and I have migrated this same website to other 2 hostings with no problem. Maybe I am doing something wrong here. By the way, I am not sure what the database host name is, I am talking about the one I should enter into the wp-config.php file, I am using ricky.heliohost.org but I am not sure if that is the actual host name for the database. My domain is: jc.heliohost.org I hope you can assist me. Thank you.
  3. Hi there! For long time I am unable to log in to my account (username: atto). Just made a small donation and received an e-mail giving me an option to make an account on Tommy. I registered one (username: atto1), but something went wrong. Maybe because I used the same email from the other account. If possible, please help me to move atto to Tommy. Thank you.
  4. Hy guys, I have been using Heliohost for last 3 years and though over two weeks of stevie's downtime caught me by surprise, frustration just like any any other heliohost user but I can only imagine the problems admins must be facing repeatedly failing to get stevie up and I support them in such situation . BTW, Can you move my Stevie account (including the files) onto a new Tommy account ? Although, I must add, one such incident has potential to create a dent in reputation built over years. 2. Any chances of ftp being up anytime soon? thanks guj

  6. Hello! I am the owner of a website which is using CloudFlare and is hosted on some other server than yours. I tried earlier to park my domain here, on the server called Stevie but I got this error message: I know that I could change my domain's NS, park the domain and change the NS back to Cloudflare's, but this would cause a little downtime to my website. Is there any way to achieve this without shutting down my website temporarily? Maybe administrators could add the Cloudflare's nameservers in /etc/ips.remotedns?
