  1. I just have a quick question? Can I point my domain to the Heliohost's IP adressess instead of the nameservers? I am just asking.
  2. Hi guys, I recently created an account here with the details below: Username: derryaceServer: JohnnyMain Domain: derryace.heliohost.org I have an addon domain "tambaza-admin.com" on this account but I cannot access it, because I get redirected here http://suspendeddomain.org/j/. I have pointed my Nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and according to what'smydns.net the domain is fully propagated. Help Please!
  3. Hi! I changed my domain's nameservers to NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG more than a week ago. In cPanel under public_html I created a .html page, but my page just doesn't want to show up. Chrome says: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because myWebPage.tk took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. What am I doing wrong?
  4. Good day I need some help, please. I have a .co.za domain that I want to host on heliohost. My account is created and all is fine, but unfortunately when you want to change a co.za domain's nameservers, a new addon domain already needs to be added in the cpanel, otherwise .co.za "cannot find" the new nameservers. Now when I create the new domain in my cpanel it shows that the nameservers still points to the previous host's nameservers. When asking .co.za about this, they say that is how the .co.za system works and they cannot override it as it is automated: This is what they say: "When contacting the technical department of any third party, please make it clear that their name-servers need DNS entries and are required to be able to respond affirmatively for a "reverse look-up" and that simply pointing a domain at name-servers, where there are no records, is not enough when it comes to .co.za domains in particular." I know it is not your problem, but can you maybe give me some ideas as to how I can solve my problem? Please! Thanks
  5. Hello, been with you a month and run out of disk space so have to move. (I make videos). The new hoster requires me to update the name servers to my new private name servers. ns1.irishsecure.com and ns2.irishsecure.com . Currently they are heliohost. I am the registrant of the domain. irishsecure.com . Can I do it or does it have to be done by you? Thanks, Great Hosting thank you very much. Philip / Dude
